The deep red hue shows on all apples, even the shaded fruit, at the same time and, in many cases, the coloring comes on earlier than other Jonagold sports. Like traditional Jonagold, Red Jonaprince has an excellent flavor, large size, and appears to store better than other strains of Jonagold.
